A BT Apprenticeship is a fast track to training and development. You can rise as far as your talent and hard work deserve. Throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be encouraged to make the most of the opportunities you are given to fulfil your potential. For example:
You’ll be able to study for qualifications like a BTEC or NVQ
Since you will be working while you learn, you will pick up valuable practical experience, too - perfect for your CV
• We will help you become a member of any relevant professional body, like the Institute of Electrical Engineers, or the Institute of the Motor Industry
If you do a Higher Apprenticeship, we will sponsor you through a foundation degree
If you do well on your advanced Apprenticeship, we can also sponsor you to study for a degree, diploma or other qualification
What's more, we see your Apprenticeship years as just the beginning of your career with BT. So if you reach all your milestones (a bit like personal targets) as you progress through your Apprenticeship, we'll guarantee you a permanent job at the end of it.
