Training

Whatever Framework you choose each Apprenticeship takes roughly the same shape, typically 24 to 30 months (42 months for Vehicle Technology). You'll attend workshops, complete online courses and complete college work to get your qualifications. There will also be on-the-job training and hands-on practical experience in your day-to-day role. We also put a lot of emphasis on ‘life skills’ – something you don’t get if you go on to college or University.

Typically each apprentice can expect to get:

• NVQ
• BTEC (or Foundation Degree if you’ve got the right A levels ! )
• Key Skills
• Specific Role Training

Don’t forget, some of this training is done locally but for some you will need to go to our Training Centres across the UK. Don’t worry, we will provide accommodation and pay for travel.
