During the two-year graduate programme (or three years if you join our finance or law streams), you’ll also be given the structured development to help you become a future leader. It’s a steep learning curve, but you’ll have all the personal support you need to succeed. Our core and streamed training will form the backbone of the scheme, but you’ll get the chance to lead your development, and shape your own programme as it goes along.

BT has recently announced plans to develop wind farms aimed at generating up to 25 per cent of its existing UK electricity requirements by 2016.
