With today’s demand for innovation, we’ve expanded intake to our MBA programme to respond to this challenge, making us one of the UK’s top leading Industry Sector MBA recruiters. Each year we recruit in excess of 25 full-time MBAs and 20 Summer Interns into our business.

Our MBA programme operates in every area of BT and offers tailored support and development. It is designed to put you into roles where you can make the most difference - at the cutting edge of our business.

We look to attract MBAs from a wide variety of backgrounds into strategic roles that will help to transform our entire business - not solely IT or telecoms. Technical experience is not a prerequisite for all roles - and you will get the chance to work across our business in a variety of functions.

Typically our MBAs expect to change roles after two years, but the scale and type of projects you'll work on during that time will vary hugely. They can last anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
