MBA core development programme

Your one-year core development programme starts as soon as you join us and is designed to help you hit the ground running. It covers:

  • our values, culture, business strategy, customers and industry

  • our strategic priorities and how they relate to your role

  • practical information to help you get the most out of your work

After 12 months, you will be assessed with a view to entering our talent pool, which will open up a whole new range of opportunities right across the business.
