As one of the UK’s largest companies, what we do inevitably has an impact on the environment. Wherever we can, we’re working hard to minimise the environmental effect of our activities.
We work closely with our commercial customers to provide services and solutions that deliver real environmental benefits. BT has already reduced emissions by 60 per cent between 1996 and 2006, and now aims to extend that reduction to 80 per cent by 2016.
We also believe that good environmental management and business efficiency go hand-in-hand.
