BT Design is BT Group's IT design and delivery business. It has total responsibility for designing, building and implementing the IT and business processes, systems, networks (non-Openreach) and technologies. Together with BT Operate, which deploys and runs these services, BT Design enables BT Group's lines of business to provide innovative software solutions to their customers over BT's global 21CN platform. BT Design aims to improve speed to market, reduce development costs and, above all, enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
